We have the best view of Llandudno Bay and beyond with the town right on our doorstep.

We look over the Bay to the Snowdonia Mountains from our slightly elevated position on the side of the Great Orme. The Pier and Beach are just below us, as is the Town, where all the Shops Restaurants Cafés and Bars are just a short walk away. Easy to reach yet leaving us free from the main street noise. Park your car and forget about driving, everything in Llandudno is within walking distance.

Relax on our sun terrace, the view is huge, sea, beach, promenade and mountains surround you. Our south facing terrace is in the sun all day with comfortable chairs and shady swing chairs to add to the pleasure of staying here. Have a drink from the guests only bar. In the evening the view is just wonderful as the lights from the town dance romantically upon the sea water.

If the view from the terrace is not enough just imagine how is looks from the upper levels where the guest lounge, breakfast room and your bedroom will give you views way over the town to the many layers of mountains. We know when it is fine on the highest mountain as we can see them.
